A highlight of the walk includes shopping for a simple hawker lunch, before sharing the meal in a local Housing & Development Board (HDB) home with a Singaporean family. Over an informal lunch and friendly conversation, you'll step into a typical home that most Singaporeans live in, and gain a deeper, human understanding of everyday life, community, and culture in Singapore. Group sizes are kept small - a maximum of five guests, with a minimum of two - to ensure a relaxed and personal experience for everyone.
